Year 6 visit the Steam Museum
Thursday 23rd March
Junior School School trips

Year 6 recently visited the Steam Museum in Swindon where they learnt about life during World War 2. They dressed up as evacuees, enjoyed sitting in an old steam train and talked to people who were children during World War 2.

James said of the day 'I liked the Museum because we acted out what it would be like if we were evacuated during WW2 and what it would be like in an air raid shelter and also listened to the air raid siren.'
